Hi entity screen header appers back after using a command

Its probably just going to the default screen. You have Select Entity as default in your department?
no close ticket
remove close ticket
set a Navigate action and navigate to that screen again instead of letting SambaPOS auto navigate based on department setting. If you use navigate action after Close Ticket it will not show header.
No do not do that then it will keep the ticket on screen because he is using Load Ticket action.
