@emre, Hi Emreen as I have an small difficulty while using ticket tag , I have a server and terminal with two departments Dine in and Take out , when I take Phone order I have CID in Server so that’s fine entered order, when the guest come to pick up the food I noticed if the terminal in Dine -In Mode while tendering payments its still asking for Number of Customers as I mapped to Dine in only , If its in Take Away mode that’s fine not a problem , How can I opt out of selecting , As I should need guest count for Dine in so I choose to compulsory .

I just want to correct some terms being used here Restaurant, Bar - these are Departments Table, Customer, User, Supplier, Employee - these are Entities. No matter how you have your Department and Ticket Type set up (the settings to choose from are Select Entity and Create Ticket), you will still not be able to “park” a Ticket without an Entity assigned to it.
