Entity Screen - Stop all customers appearing

Hi All,

Thank you for stopping by.

I am looking for some assistance we have a entity screen which uses membership numbers. We are trying to set it up where no customer appears when typing in the information. we only want it to appear when the whole membership number is filled in.

is this possible?

If possible we would want the admin accounts ability to search but not normal staff members.

If using member njmber/card use a prompt? Field To enter and load/select entity from that rather than using search screen.

Something like a select entity action with [?Card Number] in entity or search field depending on your setup.
