when a customer calls,a pop up appears. ıt shows the tel no of the customer with all the numbers. When i click the pop up it copies the number to the search bar. But if the number contains number “1” it deletes it. for example pop up shows the number like “532 6541342” but search bar shows “532 654342”. it happens only for number “1”. what can be the reason for this?

Do you have Display Format set for the Customer Entity Custom Data for Phone Number? How many Characters are you allowing?
no i don’t have a format for it. i had before but i thought like you and deleted it.
