Hi Guys,
I have create State - BAR, KITCHEN etc
For Orders with Menu Tag as BAR, its shows BAR, next to submitted line
But this status is only visible for Admin Role Users only. Other Users are seeing only Submitted under the item
Can you help
Pretty sure that’s by design, states can only be seen by admin
@RickH your partially correct.
You need to mark the state Show on Ticket otherwise only admin can see states not designated to show on ticket for debug reasons. If you have not defined it under Settings > States then do that and mark it as Show on Ticket.

Knew there was a setting someone to show but cudnt remember where lol
It’s the same for order and ticket states, you can use them purly for automation and admin will see all states regardless but you need to define and select show on ticket for them to show for other users.
I don’t show any order states on my setup and instead use formatting to show a small state name next to price for new, void and canceled which saves maybe 20% vertical space on order list section.
