Force duplicate entity name

Hi i would like to know if there is an option to have duplicate names, because i checked in the database there is an unique id other than the name already, so the database problem wont be there due to duplicates.
i am asking this because i have order slip of previous customers and we rarely ask for their names, usually only address and number, also there could be that some customers have the same name.

ok i have found a way around it to set primary field to Phone Number, so im having to change many added entities.
if there is a better solution let me know, otherwise no biggie.

@mxood using phone number as primary field is the best possible solution.
