Not as an official preintergrated option, the upcoming API available now in beta group would enable many options for a self built solution but posibly not a complete solution.
My expectation is that as the API is a fundamental component in that type of system given that it would most likely not be a centeral database dependent solution with a management interface that it is next on the docket.
The API is growing fast in late beta testing so 2017 will be an exiting year for samba however as above multibranch is not a readily available out of the box option.
Currently there is no multi branch support that I am aware of. There might be some more local stuff available in Turkey but I dont think it includes branch support. It is in the works for the future.
