When I buy a drink for a customer, it appears on the accounts as a sale paid in cash. Is it possible to set up a type of payment that doesn’t appear on the accounts? I want to buy staff and clients drinks but don’t want to be seen as helping myself to the stock.
Just use the gift function to make it free item.
