Freezing Issue caused by network printers

Have a look in the event viewer → windows logs → applications and see if there are any entries around the same time. If so, please share those with us.

So I was able to find the issue. My printer settings was causing the issue, it was set to “print directly to the printer” instead of “Spool print documents”

That resolved the issue. Thanks again everyone
