If i’ve added some items and then removed them, the order status changes from "New’ to “New Orders”, even after i’ve removed them. I’ve two different departments. In one if i click “close” the order status changes back to “New” and then i’m able to navigate to the other screen. In the other clicking close doesn’t change the order status.
Can anyone please tell me how the program can be configured so that the order status is able to go back from “New Orders” to “New”?
