I am having a huge problems due to my stupidity. I have certain items about 18 that offer basket upgrades from a sandwich alone.
These baskets come with drink and ff or onion ring upgrade, or milkshake and ff or onion ring upgrade.
I can do the upgrade but cannot seem to hook it up to a choice of drink or milkshake type. HOw do I get options to pop up for the buttons on the top of the screen shot.

Not clear on what you’re trying to accomplish here… why do you want “Pop-ups”? Why can you not just click the items (Order Tags / Modifiers) that are already displayed?
SambaPOS is not the same as a lot of other systems that you may be used to. Modifier “Pop-ups” can be done, but natively, there is not usually any reason to do so… just select your add-ons.
You can limit the Add-ons in the Order Tag section, though it sounds like you might need to separate them into different Groups to do so: i.e. Drink Upgrades (Milkshake, Soda, Slush), and Side Upgrades (FF, Onion Rings), and Salad Choices (Cole Slaw, Side Salad).
Then in each of the Groups, set the Max Selected Items to 1 …
If you’re absolutely stuck on having “Pop-ups” you need to look into the Ask Question Action, and the Tag Order Action. But honestly, it is double the work, since you will be creating questions which contain buttons for all of the add ons that you have defined…

Thanks for your reply. No, I do not care about pop ups. What I mean is, here I have a Reuben, it needs to upgraded to a basket. For this upgrade I need to know the drink or milkshake flavor and dressing type for side salad if chosen. I cannot figure out how to set this up.

Ok, I think I see what you’re going for… you select Milkshake upgrade, then you want a prompt for Milkshake Flavor…
You need to look at Add Order Action, and Order Tagged Event (Rules).
The elements you need would go something like this…
Create a generic Add Order Action using variables.
Create a Rule to handle event Order Tagged for each of your drink Types (Milkshake, Slush, Drink).
In each of the Rules, put the Add Order Action to specify the drink Type - this should add the drink to the Ticket as an Order.
If your Order Tags (upgrades) have exactly the same name as the Product, you could get away with a single Rule, something like this:
What you’re trying to achieve may be a little more complex than what is shown above, depending on how you decide the Flavor (i.e. is each Milkshake flavor a different Product, or a single Product with flavor modifiers (Order Tags)), but without more information on your setup, I can’t tell you exactly what will work in your situation. You would need to provide screenshots of your Milkshake setup, for example.
