Can anybody help with the following issue.
I have a new install and I was in the process of adding products when everything froze up. I ended up ending the process via task manager. When I load sambapos back up I get the loading screen which seems to take the normal amount of time, then it just goes to desktop, but the program is till running and using normal resources. Windows 10. 4gb ram.
Locate your log file and copy any errors here.
There is more than likely something conflicting within the rules.

Would you be able to provide any advice on its location? My my first thought when the error happened was to check the error log. But I can’t seem to find it. I’ve checked the suggested locations in documents and doesn’t seem to be there?
