$. {REPORT TICKET DETAILS:[T.RemainingAmount]*(3):(TEN.Table=$1) and T.RemainingAmount>0}

multiply [T.RemainingAmount]*(3) It works only with integers 3 is integer, but not working with double.

I would like to work with double

Just a suggestion but what about doing your calculation outside the {REPORT} tag?
Something like;

[=F({REPORT TICKET DETAILS:[T.RemainingAmount]:(TEN.Table=$1) and T.RemainingAmount>0}*3)]
