First up here is what I have so far.

My first issue is that Order tags are not showing up.
and my second issue is that there is 3 empty lines in beetween the {ITEM TAG:CustomPrintName} and the table below, im not sure whats causing them.
My aim is to have the template like this:
I have 62x30mm to work with, so the printer template can never exceed that length.
