Help with Printer Ticket Template

Hi Emre
Thanks to meeting you here. I am for sure new to this software and would like to know how to add a service attendant field to a ticket.

For example; if i serve a customer, My name Titus should appear on ticket and looks like “Served by Titus”

Couple suggestions to help you get the answers you need faster. Always select the appropriate category for your post if its a question about Version 5 then use the Version 5 Question category if its about version 4 then use the Version 4 category.

To answer your question try using this tag inside your Printer Template:

<J00>Served by: {USER NAME}

When building your Printer Templates if you look to the right of the template designer you will see an example of all possible tags.
