Couple suggestions to help you get the answers you need faster. Always select the appropriate category for your post if its a question about Version 5 then use the Version 5 Question category if its about version 4 then use the Version 4 category.

When building your Printer Templates if you look to the right of the template designer you will see an example of all possible tags.
