It will work with Windows 7 just fine but Sambapos is only a windows program.

I have one machine that uses apple how can i connect it with the rest with windows

you could connect trough rdp connection (i use the free microsoft remote desktop application on my mac, iphone and ipad ) here are 2links that explain how to set it up if you didnt know how.
