That is very vague. You need to explain more of what you want to do. Which orders and why. Where are you wanting to remove them from?

At a guess I would say the question is to set to only print kitchen orders rather than all orders.

I would not be able to send orders to the kitchen that are within the beverage category.

See my post, you can map a print job to group code (catagory) or by product in the print job settings for the kitchen print.

Look at mapping for Print Jobs and select specific products.
