How can i add not optional condition

i need to add a condition not available in the custom constrain.
for example the following image i need this condition ONLY for delivery ticket.

i try to chose only Delivery ticket from Mapping, but it is not working because the is change the ticket type from “Ticket” to “Delivery Ticket”

What defines delivery ticket?
Ticket type, ticket tag, ticket state, entity?
Need more info.
Check the template help on ticket templates, most tags there work as constraints when used correctly, you can type constraints not listed in drop down, drop down is used constraints relative to that rule event.
