Is there anyway to not show the enetity name in ticket steas Like by using states to not show?
Its just a barcode number and doesnt mean much and I guess I want my design to be more simple
States won’t show on ticket for non admin users unless you select show on ticket option in state settings.
Its the entity name. I dont have any state in state setting for the entity but it still shows up.
