I have a case where sometimes need to create predated tickets. Example; Today is Dec 4, 2018. I need to create a ticket dated Dec 1, 2018.
That won’t be possible. Can you explain why? I’ve never seen that request.
FYI thats postdating not predating, bredating would be like a preorder.
Backdating is rarely permitted in 99.9% of accounting platforms for numerious reasons, primerally if nothing else because you would have typically already printed and processed the reports for a past date.
According to customer when they have party and need to split bill for 30 members it will take long time at closing time so they want to do this job next working day.
