Thank you for the quick response!
I try but Warning message come “Cannot delete because this Transaction Document used by a Ticket”
Cancel Payments action would help you
On an account? Not sure about that.
The same applies.
The list seen in Manage > Accounts > Transactions are actually Transaction Documents. Inside those Documents, the Transactions are found.
The “Transactions” list usually contains mostly “Tickets” (which are in fact hard-coded Transaction Documents) and inside them are Account Transactions to/from Accounts such as Sales, Receivables, Tax Accounts, Cash, Credit Card, etc.
That said, ALL Transaction (Documents) that are invoked in SambaPOS will be listed there too. This can include Account Transaction Docs for Inventory Purchases (not the same as an Inventory Transaction or Document), Credits to Customer Accounts, Employee Salary payments, Expense and Utility Payments, etc.
The Cancel Payments Action will only work with Ticket Transaction Docs AFAIK. If you are concerned with removing a Cash Payment from a Ticket (Document), then the Action will help.
However, be aware that the Action will remove ALL Transactions within the Ticket that are tied to Accounts which are identified as “Payment” Accounts, including for example Credit Card payments. It has no provision for handling single or specific Transactions that you choose.
EDIT: It is unclear how an Account is identified as a “Payment” Account, but my guess is that the Accounts listed in Manage > Tickets > Payment Types is probably the method used.

Sorry Q, that was aimed at MRenat regarding cancel payments action.
