How fast is the support turn around time ? Does emailing support generate a ticket number or acknowledgement ?
I have emailed support about my V5 license account but I haven’t received any acknowledgment
or ticket number I could be wrong .
What’s your issue? Perhaps we can help. I was not aware there was support other than resellers and this forum.
