How to Add Non-taxable Service Charges?

Hi I managed to use calculation type to add service charge in my payment but it is set to be taxable. How can I exclude the service charge from being taxed?

e.g. subtotal $100
service charge 10% $10
tax 10% $10
TOTAL $ 120
