How to add price to product

Hay i intal sambapos i put all the product and the category in problem is i don’t know how to put the price to the product some one can help me to give me a tutorial thx

Teamviewer is not constructive to the community forum as doesn’t help others in same situation.

I would hazzard a guess you created your products with batch creator and didnt add a price at the end of each line.

Have you seen the price list editor in the manage section?

yes i see the price list
but when i add the product first i did made th category in the menu list the i did the product and every think its add but in the price list editor it’s nothing in there

If you go Products --> Product List and select a product do you have anything in the portion prices box?

but i try there but dosen’t give me the right drive my printer is epson u220b and when i get the driver from there is only u220

Pretty sure epson oly have one driver for all their epos printers.
In the install process it askes you to select the printer model from a huge list.
TBH even if isnt an option for u220B I would fairly safely say that it will most likely work using that!

Sorry havent seen a tutorial on how to install printer!!
There is many talks about these dot matrix machines and commands to change font size and colour settings etc but installing the printer is something thats not really samba related.

When you say not working its hard to offer help.
What have you done?
Is the printer listed in windows printers?
Can you print test page from windows?
Have you selected that printer as the kitchen printer in samba?
Have you selected the correct printer type in samba?
Have you changes any other settings within samba;

  • Printer Templates
  • Print Jobs
  • Print related actions
  • Default rules from initial samba install… more specificly rules which include state updating anctions and mainly the ticket closing rule?

You need to offer more info if you expect people to help you…
People will be reluctant to help if you just come on say how do i do this how do i do that, can you give tutorial, can you team viewer. This usually sugests someone not willing to learn and just wanting someone to do it for them, if thats the case list an add for paid support in add section.
One of the key principles in samba is to encourage the user to learn the software so they can iumpliment their own system exactly as they want rather than how someone decides it should be.
