How to allow non administrators start and end work periods

I need to know how to give the right permissions to staff so they can start and end work periods. I do not want to set them as full administrators because I don’t want them to make users and things like that.

Have changed your post to a question rather than an issue.

What I do on my system is setup a third user level of manager which is similer to staff but has ability to confirm admin pin (this is a confirmation option of buttons - i have set of no sale and void so they have to get a manager to enter their pin to no sale/void) but I also give this manager pin access to the NAV menu and ability to do work periods.
These options are in the user roll section of users.

Under Users you can give rights to the Navigation screen and options.

Create users and give them rights when login.

I would not personally give all staff access to end of day though :slight_smile:

This is not for me, it is for a client and they have asked for all staff to be able to start and end day. @JTRTech

Obviously up to them, I would personally go down the route of a manager user level but not for me to tell anyone how they should do it :slight_smile:
