I am having a situation, when our restaurant gets extremely busy, and one of the waiters goes to the ticket or entity screen, they see all 30(example) open tables/tickets instead of the say,5 , that they actually rung up. How can I fix this? I have already set the permission for viewing other waiters tickets off.
You can create a custom entity screen with ticket lister that is filtered to only show current logged in users tickets
