i have upgraded my system … how can i copy all my bar codes and products and settings from old system to newly installed system for same shop

Database Backup Module?
It depends on your underlying database setup.
Are you using SQL Express, SQL LocalDB or CE know database backup works of both SQL types but not sure about CE but CE you can just move the SDF file from the SambaPOS folder in My Documents.
If you are using CE I would take this as an opportunity to upgrade/switch to one of the SQL options.
If already using SQL you have the Samba Backup Module or also can backup through SQL Management Studio but never done that way myself as Module is so easy.
