Are you referring to the Item Sales report? This is not a Sales Report it is specifically Item Sales. If not which sales report are you referring too because the only other sales report is the Work Period report.
No Problem, but there is the Custom Report Tool (wich i already bought ) , isnt it possible to do a own one, i also would like to translate some Words.
Yeah, i though i could just open the Sales Report as Template in the Custom Report Module… its Stupid to provide the custom report module without any Sample-data…
Hmm that’s pretty harsh statement. The reality is there is a plethora of sample data on this forum. This forum is the documentation and the place to get samples for SambaPOS that is how it is designed. It is a community project.

You can tailor your search for more specific information if you want. There is a TON of samples of Custom Reports people have built throughout the forum.
Additionally the link I provided has Samples throughout it. So I really do not understand your statement.
PS: On the upside your statement does tell a story that we need more user friendly options. You would be happy to know that in version 5 there will be a system in place to guide you through setting up some more advanced features of the POS. We are currently testing Version 5 heavily right now and hopefully more announcements will be made soon.
I ment directly in the software, i saw these pages, i pastet just one to try and got bad results… I realy like the forum, there is just an disorder in some cases… preinstalled editable results in the custom report module where nice…
Good news is what you have asked for has been addressed in Version 5. So when it releases you will have this capability. I will show you a quick screenshot showing it in action.
Here is a screenshot showing what the new Report portion of Manage screen will look like. It demonstrates the ability to edit default reports and even preview them before you finish. All of the current default reports will be in it and editable.
For now however with version 4 we do not have this capability. You need to use the forum as your resource.
Our current discussion with Version 5 in the beta is on How to increase User Friendliness and we all agreed it needs to be as much prebuilt solutions as possible. However we have the issue of the fact that not every person needs the same setup. So to solve this we are testing a new solution that can give the user options with various configurations and it will guide them through the steps to build the various functions. All of this will happen from within the software.
