How to express this constraint included deliverer has been selected?

So ashamed to ask this question since I have been here “part time” for a year still don’t know how to write expressions and constraints right

I want to add a constraint to fire this rule ONLY if all 3 conditions are met
Remaining Amount equals 0
and
Deliverer has been selected
and
it is a Delivery Ticket

I am modifying the setup from Advanced Delivery Configuration Task
Entity Types: Deliverers
Entity: Tom, John, In House Drivers, To Be Picked Up, Uber Eats…

try {ENTITY NAME:Deliverers} Is Not Null You can test it using Show Message Action.

If you only want it to happen when all three conditions are met you also need to change MATCHES to MATCHES ALL

Looks like working, need to find tune it for other parts of the delivery system

I missed the CAPS

Did that before but I think my main issue was the CAPs, will try to switch to MATCHES ALL to see the effect after adding back the proper CAPS.

What’s the difference between MATCHES,MATCHES ANY and MATCHES ALL?

Dont care to hazard a guess? LOL

MATCHES ANY… Any one single constraint is matched.
MATCHES ALL… Every single constraint required
MATCHES… is the only one which I would say isnt fully obvious… its a mix of the two, constraints of diferent types are all required but multiple constraints of the same ‘factor’ are treated as any ie.
ENTITY = A
ENTITY = B
TICKET TAG = X
Would be ( ENTITY A + TAG X ) OR (ENTITY B + TAG X), TAG X is required but ENTITY can be A or B

Of course, I did but not sure what to make of MATCHES while we have both ANY and ALL that seems to have covered every aspects already.

By asking for a complete list, then you have explained to me the full meaning of them :slight_smile:
