Any idea to make ask question void quantity?
because employee like void all quantity and make new order.
But i had problem is many void happen in 1 month.
You know if you select a submitted order with multiple qty you can press the +/- button to specify a quantity of the order line to void etc.
@Johan_yo I am not sure we are clear on what you want. Its probably a language barrier but screenshots might help us understand better.
if quantity of void more than 1, will pop up ask question to ask how many to void the item.
because employee, not use +/- to add quantity to void. so they did void all item and make new order again. it’s make my report many void
You could turn off the combined orders feature as well.
