Log in as admin and show us a ticket that has been submitted.

Have you ticked use display state formatting option on entity screen appearance?

No seeing the color and the ticket total really doesnt help. Take a screenshot by pressing print screen and then just paste it into a post here with control+v. I was going to check your states to be sure its correct.

PS: Look what JTRTech just said above first.

The fact its orange would suggest default status state is there and new orders is set unless other modifications effecting with alternate sate.
