I created merge ticket actions rules but what do i need to added in the ticket Id parameter in the merge ticket action? currently the button is displayed but is not active
Hmm… that Merge Tickets button is a built-in function in SambaPOS - I am not aware of any need to set it up in order for it to work.
That said, you are not allowed to merge Tickets containing different Entities of the same Type.
