How to track items?

I’m playing with V5 and right now my items are 1:1, that is 1 menu item -> 1 inventory item. Now I want to have a beer bucket menu, and customers can choose from any 3 beer choices. How do I go around this? Basically, I want to see inventory levels of chosen beer lessen when I make a sale. Thanks
