@pizzaeilat4 if you don’t have SQL server management studio express on your computer then it mean its not configured on you system. Below link shows how to configure.

if you can also provide a screen capture how you are creating the migration file.
From the screen capture I can see you have created the Migrate.slq file. if the file has been created correctly then it would output the file as per below.

[Computer name] : same name as your computer , to see the computer name go to Control Panel\System and Security\System
Computer name: Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings, you can find your computer name,
Following details needs to be same as configured during SQL configuration.
SAMBAPOS4; User Id=sa; Password=sambapos
