I had a strange issue while printing Kitchen Tickets from Android devices. If the printer is set as HTML type (I use arabic product names) the kitchen orders doesnt print. However if its in ESC/POS Type it prints fine (here i get arabic as ???). Problem is only from Android Devices. from Windows Terminals it prints fine. Can anyone suggest what could be the problem.
You need to update your message server to the 64bit message server to support printing html from message server which is what Android client does.
Both 32bit and 64bit message server is included in Sambapos install.
If you do not have a 64bit OS then you need to upgrade so you can use 64bit msg server
The 64bit message server install tool is included as well. You can uninstall 32 bit service and install the 64bit version.
