I have two buttons "PRINT ORDER" and "DISPLAY TABLES"

I get new ticket

I have to press “Main Menu” to go navigation,
the other buttons are blocked

back to the table again

what am I doing wrong?

You’ve added same screen shot twice.

What is the reason of updating order and ticket statutes? Are you doing it with a purpose or just thought it is needed to update them without knowing what they does. I think print command should just close ticket. No state updates or kitchen prints are needed as they should be handled inside Ticket Closing or Before Ticket Close rules.

waiters rush perform that scenario,

-using the button “display tables”, I see my tables, Close Ticket.(pending ticket sending)
-using the button “PRINT ORDER” and also I see my tables, Update Order Status, Execute Kitchen Orders , Close Ticket.

I do not want that scenario generates conflict there in the kitchen,

It generates double print in the kitchen.
