It’s an HTML template but looks like your printer is not set to HTML in sambapos printer settings.

Ok Great will try it. My printer was set up with my previous pos software on my NCR windows system.

Yeah so you can’t use an HTML template with that. You need to set it to HTML printer or use a esc/pos compatible template.
HTML renders in Windows then sends image to print in printer. Esc/pos sends codes to printer and it prints it. Esc/pos generally is faster but modern systems and printers print in HTML mode fairly fast.
HTML allows better control of the looks of the template.
