I have a table with 12 persons ( just an example ). If I want identify all to know what they ordered, how can I do it?
At the Order-line level, you could use either an Order Tag (perhaps with Free-Tagging enabled), or you could use an Order State.
Using a free-tag Order Tag, this could be done:

Yes you can use the other method he mentioned.
Look up Seats in the forum. Several people have used Order States to define Seats at a table…
