In property editor under order tag

I serve seniors on a voucher program. There meals are preset with not changes. They can only select beverages. In Property Editor under Order Tag (I have disabled portion selection) I have listed what comes on the plate to pre-print on the ticket so my staff doesn’t have to select.
For instance: WWT (2),10oz OJ,BANA,10oz 2% MILK
My problem is items are missing. Only 3 will show up on the ticket. How can I correct this problem? What am I missing?

I figured it out. I have to create an order take ticket with the same Order Tags that I entered in Editor. No ! in the filter.

How do I create a pop up menu for the wait staff to look up ingredients if an allergy is in question?
