First of all i would like to sais that , the program looks good.
Im planning to buy it but i have some question.
We need the system for fast food restaurant, where doesnt have tables only coustmers.
We need report for the sold items.
We need to print the orders after the payment,( send to 2 printer, 1 for the coustmer, 1 for the kitchen).
After the log in, if i press the pos button i need this knid of view.
I know that , the pictures can be add to the menus.
Is it possible to add food with ingredients? ex.: onion, tomato etc. and i can choose with or without.
Also need to know that, what kind of support for the products?
Is any1 who can help me to make what i need?
These are entity types and you could easily unmap the tables screen. Entities can be created and removed, very flexible
By default there is an item sales report… check reports on main menu, its the second one down under work period report.
Kitchen printer etc all doable, by default kitchen print happen on first ticket closing wether paid or not, this can be changed or you simple adjust setup so tickets cant be closed without payment, depends on your business and flow and with out more info cant make any further recommendations
Just set ‘ticket creation method’ from select entity to create ticket. Option is in departments options.

The licence is for the software, not support.
For support you have this forum which if you had searched would have found answers to all the above questions
There is an adds section for paid support but so long as you are informative and polite to the community you will generally get fast and accurate advice for free on the forum.
