Is there a way to Set Up GloriaFood for Automatic Ticket Creation?

I have set up GloriaFood to accept orders automatically, and these orders appear on the tablet in the GloriaFood app. Previously, with SambaIn, tickets were created automatically even if no user was logged in.

I’ve noticed that with the new integration, orders only come through when a user is logged in. If no one is logged in, Tickets are not created until someone logs in.

Is there a way to configure the system so that orders can still come through even if no user is logged in? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Yes, to receive online platform orders, SambaPOS must be open and a user must be logged in. At the moment, there is no option to change this behavior. The polling process only works while the application is open and a user is logged in.
