When my clients print their receipt, this is what comes out.

DO you have [LAYOUT] at top of your template? looks like you have {LAYOUT} which is wrong
EDIT: Nevermind i see you do.
Is it set to HTML printer type? Show us the printer settings in Sambapos.
Show us your printer template. And show us your rule and action that executes the print job.
