Kitchen Display Tutorial Missing Kitchen State Setup

I don’t know what I’m missing here but I went through the kitchen display tutorial from the knowledge base and it got to a point where I’m defining rules that change KitchenState. I don’t have that state name anywhere and I’m confused on how I set this up. Please help. Thanks!

Can post a screen shot of which rule you are editing and whats missing?

You can just type the kitchen state value into the field. You won’t have it in the drop down unless it’s predefined. It’s okay to just type it in.
