We are using V4, we have 3 terminals, and 2 printers
Server uses the kitchen printer (epson)
Terminal 2 uses the ticket printer (Bixolon)
Terminal 3 has no printer but must printer kitchen slips to server.
if I say print bill - the bill prints, at both printers, but when add a order and i close the ticket, the kitchen slip does not print
any idea how to fix this?
Sounds like youve broke the default setup as im pretty sure by default new orders print
Can you show your new order added rule with expanded actions
Has kitchen printer every worked?
Have you defined the kitchen printer name in its options?
