Hi, we are still using SambaPOS V2.99
we use one printer for both our customer tickets and our kitchen order slips. now when we do an order on Samba the KOT doesn’t want to print and the printer does not want to print anything. it worked earlier this morning.
i disabled the KOT on the Terminal and everything works fine. HELP PLEASE!!
You will struggle for advice on V2 on this forum as its for V4. I myself have never even looked at yet alone used V2.
This would be a question not an issue - issue if for bugs in the software - if it was working and not now it wont be a bug it would be a config error or hardware failure, if you’ve not changed any settings Id lean toward hardware issue.
Either way I would look at updating personally…
