Licence issue on tablets

Hello Everyone,

I know that it is a subject often brought in the forum but i do not find a solution for my issue.

I forgot to extend the license on my V5 tablettes license.

I renewed it after the deadline but since then I am not been able to reconnect the tablet and I can’t identify the issue.

In the store there is no “Clear keys” button like it used to be.

I did clear the licences on my computer, disconnect and reconnect nothing.

I upgraded the application to 5.7.26 and followed all the modus operandi but I still get the same error message on the teblles " Message Server error".

I also tried downloading the latest MC version..

Despite the wifi and server appearing green on the tablets.

I am able to setup the menu to retreive from the computer, which confirms that the tablet does connect to the center computer but cannot connect to use the tablets.

Dear both, thank you for your answer. I was out of office so i did not check. I will send the email to the support. I tried the new version SambaPOS MC3 but it is not working either.

What is the error? Can you send a screenshot?

I have this error on the tablets when i try to login which i do not understand becaus when i go in the setup i can access the menu that are on the server. From my POV the server are properly connected

This is an old version; download the latest version from the Play Store.

thank you for your comment. Just wanted to share an update. The solution works now. The only thing that made a difference was changing the internet Network. I don’t really understand how the Internet Network affects the tablets connectivity but it seems to have resolved the issue (for now)
