Hello everyone. Is it possible to block the insertion of products in a specific state?
I need in waiting state, the item button in the red box are not available. There’s a way?
You can use Order Added to Ticket rule and the check if ticket state is Waiting with a constraint if it is then use cancel order action.

Check the printer tags in the print templates, I think it’s
{ ORDER STATE }
No spaces between the curly brackets

No its not order state I clearly said ticket state. Try {TICKET STATE:Status} Equals Waiting
