2-I have a customer who would like to give a color to a product on a ticket when the latter has been served to the customer (that is to say: I take an order from a customer, I send the order in the kitchen After a while the customer is served the server must be able to assign a color to the product served to the customer allowing the restaurant manager to know the time used to prepare an order.
