Maintain Entities Screen After Opening a Ticket

Is there a way to go to the maintain entities screen after scanning an item onto the “POS” screen?

Not without changing the department allocated to the ticket in your current flow.
Your better option would be to create a new automation command button to take you to whatever entity screen that department loads when you normally select it.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong, when I click on the button nothing happens.

I’ve tried multiple methods but can’t seem to get it to work

You can not navigate to different screens when a ticket is opened.

The only way is if you are selecting an entity mapped to that ticket type like a table or customer.

You also can not change departments when a ticket is opened.
