Managing from afar & Outlays records

Hello, I have a couple of questions.

My bussiness partner is already using SAMBA POS software at a coffee shop; I’m 200kms away from the coffee shop. Can I access to SAMBA POS and manage features when I’m far from the terminal through internet?
Can I register daily outlays (if my coffee suplier comes and I take a couple of box from the cashier, for ex.) in SAMBA POS? If it’s possible, which feature can I use or configure?

You can use remote desktop connection, team viewer or similar remote connection solutions.

What about the outlays?
